The clutter is just a group of mini colony's shaped like cylinders with no windows and ships and bill board signs glowing and flashing for advertisement. This is a place that was built by thugs and dealers and eventually grew to be pretty big were many people actually live to some extent. They do not like soldiers in this place so its best if your a soldier not to ware your colors. Finally the Clutter never sits still it is always orbiting around the earth and always crossing paths with the moon every once in awhile.
